Quick checks at home
- Call the phone. Does it ring or vibrate?
- Shine a torch at the screen at an angle. A very faint image means the screen works but its light has failed.
- Charge it for a while with a known-good cable, then hold power for a forced restart.
- Plug it into a computer. If it's detected, the phone itself is alive.

We check before we quote
We test the phone with a known-good screen or check the power side first, so you only pay for the part that's actually faulty. If it's not the screen, we tell you what it is and what the options are.
Phone got wet? Switch it off and leave it off. Powering a wet phone again and again is how a screen problem becomes a board problem.
Send the model and a photo of the screen.
Prices depend on the model and the option, so we don't list them here. On WhatsApp we tell you which options exist for your phone and quote each one — free, and you decide before any work starts.
