Which screen option should I choose?
Start from what your phone came with. OLED phones keep their look with Genuine, Original grade or an OLED grade; LCD phones are well served by Original grade or Premium TFT. If you plan to keep the phone a long time, go higher. We list the options that exist for your exact model on WhatsApp.
Will my fingerprint still work after the screen is replaced?
If your fingerprint reader is on the side or back, yes, with any option. If it's under the screen, it needs an OLED panel — a TFT screen can't read it. Tell us you use it and we'll say which options keep it.
My screen is cracked but everything still works. Do I need a new screen?
Maybe not. If there are no lines, no black patches and touch works everywhere, glass-only replacement may be possible and keeps your original display.
There's a green line on my Samsung. What should I do?
Ask a Samsung service centre first — Samsung has offered help for green lines on some Galaxy models, under its own conditions. If yours isn't covered, we can quote a screen line repair or a new screen.
What is screen line repair?
Repairing the line on your existing screen instead of replacing the whole screen. It suits one or a few thin lines. Warranty is 30 days for the same fault returning; new lines can still appear with age.
Can you replace just the inner screen of my Z Fold or Z Flip?
Yes. Inner and outer screens are separate repairs with separate quotes. If one screen is black and the other works, we also check the hinge flex cable first.
Do curved screens cost more to replace?
Usually yes, and fewer options exist for them. Send us the model for the exact quote.
Will I lose my data?
A screen replacement doesn't normally touch your data. If the phone has other faults, the technician explains any risk before starting. A backup is always a good idea.
How long is the warranty?
90 days on Genuine, Original grade and Premium OLED; 30 days on Standard OLED, Premium TFT and glass only. It's written on your receipt.
What doesn't the warranty cover?
New cracks, drops or pressure marks after the repair, water damage, or the phone being opened by someone else afterwards.
My phone is on but the screen is black. Is it the screen?
Often, but not always. If it rings or vibrates, the screen is the likely cause. If it shows no sign of life at all, it may be the battery, charging or the board. We check before quoting.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in to any of the 16 outlets. A WhatsApp message first lets us check the screen for your model is in stock.
Another shop replaced my screen before. Can you still help?
Yes. We check what's fitted now and tell you what we find before doing any work.
